A unique software platform that is highly automated and fuels our contractor supply chains thereby allowing us to focus on our clients and partners.

Q: Why we believe that partnering can be different?
Q: Why we firmly believe in on-shore?

BrightMinds has extensive experience working with talented individuals and corporations on-shore and off-shore. Unfortunately, significant time zone differential and cultural differences make off-shore services less than ideal, far more challenging, and far more expensive than it would appear on the surface.

For IT workers, the time zone differential of typically 12-14 hours results in issues:

  • When IT workers in North America are starting their work day, off-shore support is ending their work day, and as such any issues / concerns or meetings are offset to being asked late that night or early the next morning thus resulting in incremental delays.
  • In cases, where support is required to align with North American IT support staff / hosting off-shore IT workers typically work through their nights and sleep through their days resulting in fatigue, reduced through-put, and an overall reduction in health and well being.

The off-shore solution to the above is to simply add many more IT shift workers into the mix however lack of context and issue/knowledge transfer simply shift the problem rather than providing a viable solution.

In our experience, we have found that IT arms of large corporations have started realizing that off-shoring may have perceived savings of 5:1 vs. on-shore however, if say out of 5 projects 3 fail and 2 need to be re-worked or have serious performance issues or require production escalations to remedy then those savings quickly evaporate and net gain in support and long term maintenance results in a significant negative ROI.

Q: Do we leverage Partners?

Yes. BrightMinds views leveraging partners bilaterally as a clear win-win.

Why? Because partnerships offer the ability to quickly and efficiently service client needs and that results in real growth and success.

Why bilateral? Because at times our partners need contractors and at times our clients need contractors that our partners have readily available.

What about reduced margins? Servicing our client needs and having satisfied clients that form long term relationships is paramount. We embrace partnerships that focus on long term rewards vs. short term largely financial gains.

Q: If I connect, is my personal information private?

Yes, your information will be kept private.

However, in order to place contractors on a BrightMinds contract we may need to share business information with clients or contractors.

Q: Why am I not asked for more information when I connect?

BrightMinds believes in retaining minimal information by only requesting information when necessary.

We will contact you to request additional information as/when it is required.

Q: Will my personal information ever get on a mailing list?

No. BrightMinds does not engage in mass mailing prospective partners.

Only if someone connects will we communicate with them for contract/business related purposes.

Q: Will my personal information ever be sold to a 3rd party?

No. BrightMinds does not and will never subscribe to this type of business practice.
